Responsibilities

• Manage contractual performance and remedies.
• Analyse activity, workload, pay and non-pay expenditure.
• Explain financial variances and support annual planning and forecasting.
• Identify and mitigate commercial, financial and service risks.
• Chair performance meetings and produce reports.
• Lead service improvement and change in pathology contracts.
• Manage pathology contract, performance and support teams.
