Job summary

The Manchester College is seeking a Senior Pastoral Support Officer to lead on providing outstanding pastoral care across our student community. You will support student wellbeing, remove barriers to learning, and help create a safe, inclusive and nurturing environment across campuses.

Based across City Campus Manchester and Wythenshawe Campus, this permanent full-time role (35 hours/week) offers a meaningful chance to work with curriculum teams, safeguarding leads and external partners to

Qualifications

• Level 2 English and Maths or equivalent.
• Level 3 qualification in Education, Social Care, Mentoring, Youth Work, Counselling or Advice & Guidance.
• Experience with ICT systems such as ProMonitor, EBS Reports, and Microsoft Office.
