The Manchester College in Manchester is seeking a Campus Cohesion Officer to promote a safe, inclusive learning environment across the Openshaw campus. You will support cohesion across curriculum and student services, address behavioural issues, and help implement safeguarding and wellbeing initiatives.

Competenze

• Qualified to Level 4 or relevant industry experience.
• Minimum of Level 2 English and Maths, or equivalent.
• First Aid qualifications (or willingness to work towards).
• Experience of working with young people/adults in an education or similar environment.
• Experience of managing incidents under pressure.
• Experience of managing challenging behaviours.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong people skills.
• Ability to foster a culture of teamwork and excellence.
