Job summary

Sovos is hiring a Senior Services Partnerships Representative in the United Kingdom to manage a vendor ecosystem and lead procurement activities for tax and related services. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, optimize third-party collaborations, and drive efficiency with AI-enhanced tools.

The role concentrates on governance, contract support, and strategic stakeholder engagement to scale services for clients globally within a regulated landscape.

Qualifications

• Experience in vendor management or procurement.
• Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to lead procurement activities including RFPs and contract support.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of third-party providers with strong relationships and cost control.
• Lead procurement activity for tax and related services, including RFPs and renewals.
• Coordinate input across internal teams and external partners for projects and regulatory changes.
• Maintain vendor governance, due diligence, and provider information ownership.
• Leverage technology and AI tools to improve efficiency and decision-making across the vendor lifecycle.
• Guide colleagues and support workload allocation to improve team consistency.
• Represent Sovos professionally in provider meetings and support special projects.
