Job summary

The role requires travel across Yorkshire & Humber, a full UK driving licence, and a proven track record of revenue growth in legal services.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years’ business development experience within legal services.
- An existing network of contacts within the serious injury ecosystem across the UK
- A track record of winning new relationships and hitting revenue growth targets.
- Strong commercial instincts and sharp negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel regularly, including to Wakefield office and other sites across Yorkshire & Humber
- Full UK driving licence
Responsibilities
- Developing and executing a strategic business development plan to win new serious injury sources of work.
- Generating and converting case recommendation agreements and strategic collaborations.
- Building and managing a portfolio of long-term, high-quality partnerships that keep growing.
- Keeping your finger on the pulse of the personal injury and serious injury market, spotting opportunities before anyone else does.
- Representing Minster Law at industry events and being a credible, trusted voice across the sector.
