Minster Law Ltd in Wakefield is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead the growth of high-value serious injury work across the UK. You will develop strategic BD plans, secure new partnerships, and represent the firm at industry events, blending commercial acumen with genuine care for clients.

The role requires travel across Yorkshire & Humber, a full UK driving licence, and a proven track record of revenue growth in legal services.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years’ business development experience within legal services.
• An existing network of contacts within the serious injury ecosystem across the UK
• A track record of winning new relationships and hitting revenue growth targets.
• Strong commercial instincts and sharp negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly, including to Wakefield office and other sites across Yorkshire & Humber
• Full UK driving licence
