Job summary
Minster Law is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead the growth of serious injury claim work. You will build strategic partnerships, win new sources of high-value cases, and expand our presence across the UK.
The role requires a strong commercial instinct, genuine care for clients, and the ability to travel to Wakefield and other sites. We offer a 35-hour week, generous leave, and a performance bonus.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years' business development experience within legal services.
- Existing network of contacts within the serious injury ecosystem across the UK.
- Genuine care and compassion for people facing life changing injuries.
- Track record of winning new relationships and hitting revenue growth targets.
- Sharp commercial instincts, strong negotiation skills, and ability to work independently.
Responsibilities
- Developing and executing a strategic business development plan to win new serious injury work.
- Generating and converting case recommendation agreements and strategic collaborations.
- Building and managing a portfolio of long-term partnerships that keep growing.
- Monitoring the personal injury market to spot opportunities.
- Representing Minster Law at industry events as a trusted voice.
