Job description

Small-sided football is the world's biggest game. Baller League is here to define it.

Founded in 2024, Baller League was built by football fanatics who saw an opportunity to create something different: a new pathway for talent, a new stage for the game, and a new home for football culture. Across the UK and USA, our professional 6v6 leagues unite elite players, creators and fans in a football ecosystem that turns every matchday into a cultural moment.

We're not following the playbook. We're writing it. We are building a movement that makes football more accessible, more engaging and more connected than ever before- democratising and defining a new era for the world's game.

About the role

You are the person our partners trust to deliver what they bought. Once a sponsorship is signed, you own the relationship from onboarding through every matchday to the end-of-season report.

That means turning a contract's media-rights package into real assets on LEDs, kits, sets and socials; rotating those assets fairly across the season; delivering every activation; and proving the value with data from our media value and impressions tracking platform.

You will work hand in glove with our Events team to design stadium spaces and activations that feel authentic to the league. The test is simple: fans in the bowl and on stream should enjoy the activation, not tolerate it, and the partner should see it in the numbers.

Overview:

Partner onboarding
  • Run onboarding for every new partner: kick-off, contract-to-delivery handover from the deal team, and a clear delivery plan agreed with the partner.
  • Collect and quality-check brand assets (logos, LED and screen graphics, kit and set artwork, brand guidelines) against our technical specs and production deadlines.
  • Translate each contract's rights and obligations into a season-long inventory and delivery schedule the whole business can work from.
Rights delivery and asset rotation
  • Own the rotation plan for partner assets across LED boards, broadcast graphics, set and venue branding, so every partner receives its contracted exposure.
  • Brief Production and Content on matchday asset requirements and confirm delivery after every fixture.
  • Spot under-delivery early and fix it within the season, before it becomes a make-good conversation.
  • Deliver the activations each partner has bought, from concept through approvals to live execution on matchday and on stream.
  • Work with the Events team on the design of stadium spaces, fan zones and in-bowl moments so partner activations feel native to Baller League.
  • Coordinate creators, content and production teams where activations involve talent or branded content, protecting both the partner's brief and the league's tone.
Measurement and reporting with Shikenso
  • Own the day-to-day relationship with Shikenso: set up tracking for each partner's assets, keep brand assets and keywords current, and elevate data issues.
  • Track media value and impressions against each partner's contracted commitments throughout the season.
  • Produce regular partner reports and a full end-of-season recap that shows what was delivered and what it was worth.
Relationship management
  • Lead weekly calls with each partner, with clear agendas, actions and follow-through.
  • Be the first point of contact for partner questions, approvals and issues, and know when to elevate.
  • Build relationships that set up renewals and upsells, and feed partner insight back to the Commercial Director and the deal team.
How we'll measure success
  • Delivery: every partner receives 100% of its contracted rights and activations, with no unplanned make-goods.
  • Value: each partner's tracked media value and impressions meet or beat its contracted commitment.
  • Onboarding: new partners are fully onboarded and live on screen within an agreed number of weeks of signature.
  • Retention: partners rate the relationship highly and are renewal-ready at season end.
  • Reporting: partner reports and season recaps land on time and stand up to scrutiny from brand marketing teams.
Must-haves
  • Proven experience in partnership or sponsorship account management, delivering rights packages for major brands in sport, entertainment, live events or media.
  • A track record of running activations end to end, from brief to live delivery, in a live event or broadcast setting.
  • Confidence leading regular calls with senior brand marketing teams and handling difficult conversations about delivery.
  • Comfort with data: you can read media value and impressions reporting, question it, and turn it into a clear story for a partner.
  • Strong organisation across many partners and deadlines at once, with an eye for detail on asset specs and contract obligations.
  • Availability for matchdays and events, which include evenings and weekends during the season.
Nice-to-haves
  • Experience with a sponsorship measurement platform such as Shikenso, Nielsen Sports or Blinkfire.
  • Experience with LED, broadcast graphics or venue branding workflows.
  • Experience working with creators, influencers or talent on branded content.
  • Experience in a fast-growing startup or a new sports property.
How We Work
  • Football Obsessed. We don't just follow the game - we live it.
  • Change the Game. We challenge convention, move fast, and take ownership.
  • Know the Score. We stay close to the numbers and sweat the details. Data drives performance
  • Stay Hungry. We bring energy, ambition, and a relentless drive to improve.
  • Win Together. We back each other, celebrate collective success, and put the team first.
