Job summary

Deliveroo is seeking a Senior Strategic Partnerships Manager for Deliveroo Express in London. You will manage day-to-day relationships with white-label partners, driving growth and resolving operational challenges.

You’ll work with Product, Operations and Commercial teams to turn insights into action, shape the strategy for new verticals, and win new business through persuasive negotiations. This role rewards fast thinking and ownership.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years in account management, grocery/retail ops or strategy/partnerships.
• Strong data analysis and ability to draw actionable insights.
• Excellent relationship-building, communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day relationships with Deliveroo Express partners across verticals.
• Analyse performance, present insights and drive growth opportunities.
• Conduct new business pitches and negotiate partnerships.
• Develop sales strategy and pipeline across markets with Commercial lead.
• Collaborate with Product, Operations and Commercial to deliver value.
• Make fast, data-driven decisions in a fast-paced environment.
