As an Ads partner working across all ad products, supply sources, and geographies, this role offers the opportunity to impact broadly. The ideal candidate will be a strategic, results-oriented business development leader with a proven track record in developing complex tech partnerships, cultivating new partnerships, and driving revenue growth for emerging ad products. You should have excellent relationship-building skills and be able to identify mutually beneficial opportunities to represent our customers, brands, and advertising products effectively.
You will manage new business end-to-end, including understanding market dynamics, evaluating partnership opportunities, conducting outreach, negotiating agreements, and driving execution. You will be a role model for best practices in incubating new partnerships, deep-diving into partners' tech products, and improving partner performance. Success requires collaboration with internal teams such as Product, Tech, Finance, and Legal, and the ability to think strategically, identify trends, and influence stakeholders.
