Our team builds partnerships across the advertising landscape to drive innovation and growth, including for brands that do not sell on Amazon.com.

As an Ads partner working across all ad products, supply sources, and geographies, this role offers the opportunity to impact broadly. The ideal candidate will be a strategic, results-oriented business development leader with a proven track record in developing complex tech partnerships, cultivating new partnerships, and driving revenue growth for emerging ad products. You should have excellent relationship-building skills and be able to identify mutually beneficial opportunities to represent our customers, brands, and advertising products effectively.

You will manage new business end-to-end, including understanding market dynamics, evaluating partnership opportunities, conducting outreach, negotiating agreements, and driving execution. You will be a role model for best practices in incubating new partnerships, deep-diving into partners' tech products, and improving partner performance. Success requires collaboration with internal teams such as Product, Tech, Finance, and Legal, and the ability to think strategically, identify trends, and influence stakeholders.

Key Job Responsibilities:
  1. Close high-impact partnerships that drive revenue, product adoption, and strategic outcomes for Amazon Ads.
  2. Manage a portfolio of Amazon Ads partners, influencing their tech and go-to-market strategies.
  3. Represent Amazon to C-suite leaders at partner companies.
  4. Deep understanding of technical business models and product integrations.
  5. Collaborate cross-functionally across product, tech, sales, legal, and finance to drive initiatives.
  6. Drive innovation for partner growth at scale.
  7. Set and own goals for revenue, product adoption, and strategic actions.
  8. Use data analytics to inform business development decisions.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Experience in developing, negotiating, and executing business agreements.
  • Experience in a professional field or military.
  • Experience influencing leadership decisions at the organizational level.
  • Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating schedules.
  • Fluency in Italian.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations.
  • Experience negotiating complex legal agreements.
