Job summary

Michelmores LLP in Exeter or Cambridge is seeking a Senior Paralegal to support the Residential Property team. You will progress sale and purchase transactions through to completion and manage client expectations under supervision.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years in residential conveyancing, be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, and demonstrate strong organisational and communication skills in a fast-paced, process-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in residential conveyancing under supervision.
• Competent with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to run own files with minimal supervision.
• Strong organisational and client service skills.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of day-to-day management of client expectations.
• Progress sale and purchase transactions from instruction to completion.
• Prepare and draft conveyancing documents and liaise with clients and referees.
• Support with compliance and risk management as part of the team.
