Job summary

Perfect Placement is seeking a skilled Panel Beater / MET Technician to join a busy accident repair centre in Bristol. You will contribute to high standards of vehicle repair and customer service while developing your career within a nationwide organisation.

The role offers an excellent remuneration package up to £59,800 per annum, plus benefits and ongoing training, with a 50-hour week, 25 days' leave, and a clear path for progression.

Qualifications

• Qualified in automotive panel beating or MET discipline preferred.
• Experience with EV/ADPAS repair methods advantageous.
• Able to work independently and in a team, with good organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Undertake replacement and repair of damaged bodywork panels.
• Complete chassis and framework repairs to manufacturer standards.
• Welding and panel bonding as required.
• Bumper and door repairs; mechanical and electrical repair work to high standards.
• Strip and refit vehicle components; assist with EV/ADAS repairs.
• Follow job cards and work to high-quality standards under deadlines.
• Support team members and multi-task during busy periods.
