ASI Recruitment in Swindon is seeking a skilled Panel Beater / MET Technician to join a busy, manufacturer-approved accident repair centre. This dual-skilled role covers panel repairs and MET work across insurance and private jobs, with high standards and modern facilities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as both a Panel Beater and MET Technician.
• Confidence working across both disciplines on a daily basis.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
• Ability to work independently within a well-structured workshop.

Responsibilities

• Carry out high-quality panel repairs and structural work.
• Strip and refit vehicles (MET work) as required.
• Work on a mix of insurance and private repair jobs.
• Ensure all repairs are completed to manufacturer standards.
• Take full ownership of jobs through to completion.
