Job summary

Pybus Recruitment Ltd are seeking a skilled Panel Beater / MET Technician for an Accident Repair Centre in Bourne, Lincolnshire. The role combines panel beating and MET duties, with a focus on high-quality workmanship in a busy bodyshop.

Full-time, permanent, Monday to Friday (no weekends), with a competitive salary and bonus scheme. Applicants should have experience in either discipline (or both), ATA accreditation welcomed but not essential, strong eye for detail, ability to work independently

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Panel Beater, MET Technician, or combined Panel/MET Technician.
• ATA accreditation would be advantageous but is not essential.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Full UK driving licence preferred.

Responsibilities

• Repair damaged vehicle panels to manufacturer standards.
• Replace and repair body panels.
• Carry out vehicle alignment and structural repairs.
• Ensure high-quality workmanship and attention to detail.
• Remove and refit mechanical, electrical, and trim components.
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to repair work.
• Work closely with the bodyshop team to ensure efficient repair processes.
• Ensure all vehicles are reassembled safely and accurately.

The Role

Depending on your experience, your duties may include:

Panel Beating
