Job summary

Palo Alto Networks is seeking an experienced Professional Services consultant to focus on Idira PAM customers in UK & I, with potential to serve across EMEA. You will be the trusted advisor and primary technical contact for complex deployments.

Your role includes onboarding, long-term adoption, guiding on PAM practices, and collaboration with Product Management, R&D, and Support to ensure customer success. Travel to client sites will be required, and security clearance is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Idira PAM experience ideally in a large, complex or modernized environment.
• Experience with Windows/Unix, Active Directory, IDPs, networking, databases, and IT security.
• Hands on working knowledge with AI tools.
• Ability to resolve complex technical problems.
• Experience with endpoint protection agents is beneficial.
• Willing to travel to customer sites as required.
• Ability to speak a second language is advantageous.
• Current Security Clearance or willing to complete process is beneficial.
• Certifications such as Idira PAM (Sentry/Defender/CDE) or CISSP are beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement & Ownership: serve as the primary technical advisor for assigned customers across EMEA.
• Manage full lifecycle from onboarding through long-term adoption as part of the Technical Account Management service.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with operational stakeholders and executive sponsors.
• Guide customers on Privileged Access Management and security best practices.
• Provide expert guidance on Idira SaaS solutions and anticipate technical risks.
• Collaborate with R&D, Support, Product Management and Professional Services.
• Represent the customer's voice internally and escalate as needed.
