Job summary

Palo Alto Networks is seeking an experienced, customer‑focused technical team member for its Idira PAM‑focused Professional Services to support UK & Ireland customers and, potentially, the broader EMEA region.

As a trusted advisor, you will manage the full lifecycle from onboarding to long‑term adoption, guide on PAM best practices, enable systems, and collaborate with Product Management, R&D and Support to ensure secure, successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years Idira PAM experience in large/complex environments.
• Experience with Windows/Unix, Active Directory, IDPs, networking, databases, and IT security.
• Hands-on working knowledge with AI tools.
• Ability to resolve complex technical problems.
• Willing to travel to customer sites as required.
• Ability to speak a second language is advantageous.
• Current Security Clearance or willing to complete process is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical advisor for assigned customers across EMEA, managing the full lifecycle from onboarding through long‑term adoption as part of the Technical Account Management service.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with operational stakeholders and executive sponsors.
• Guide customers on Privileged Access Management and security best practices.
• Provide expert guidance on Idira SaaS solutions.
• Support planning, implementation, configuration, and expansion of Idira SaaS solutions and adjacent solutions.
• Collaborate with Product Management, R&D, Support, and Professional Services team.
