Qualifications

• Retail experience, ideally in a team leader or supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Branch Manager with developing the branch and the team, deputising in their absence.
• Provide exceptional service to customers in branch to uphold Brewers quality.
• Have keyholder responsibilities, cashing up and supervising tasks.
• Allocate work to the team, keeping them motivated and driven.
• Use product knowledge to recommend the best products for customers.
• Plan and agree sales forecasts with the Branch Manager in line with targets.
• Ensure orders and enquiries are dealt with and followed up promptly.
• Mix paint for customers and process orders.
