Job summary

Brewers Decorator Centre in Chesham is seeking a Senior Retail Sales Advisor to deliver outstanding in-store service and help keep the branch running smoothly. You will support customers, understand their needs and work with the team to meet targets.

Experience in retail is helpful but not essential; strong communication and motivation are valued. The role is 40 hours per week over five days, Monday to Friday with Saturdays on a rota.

Qualifications

• Experience in a retail environment is helpful but not essential.

• Ability to motivate and lead a team to deliver high service standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Branch Manager with developing the branch and the team.
• Provide exceptional service to customers in branch.
• Handle keyholder responsibilities and cashing up.
• Allocate work to the team and maintain motivation.
• Use product knowledge to recommend suitable items.
• Plan sales forecasts with the Branch Manager in line with targets.
• Ensure orders and enquiries are followed up promptly.
• Stock maintenance and in-branch merchandising.
