Job summary

Brewers Decorator Centres in West London is recruiting a Retail Branch Manager to launch and lead our new store near Chiswick. You will manage a team of four, drive customer service excellence and develop local sales.

The role includes early opening hours, servicing trade and retail customers, and delivering strong performance through coaching, stock control, and promotion of our painting brands.

Qualifications

• Proven supervisory experience in a similar retail role
• Experience developing and coaching a team
• Track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business
• Ambitious and proactive about delivering excellent customer service
• Knowledge of the local area would be beneficial

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of four to deliver high levels of customer service and smooth branch operation
• Develop and manage sales performance and local business opportunities
• Represent Brewers Decorator Centres positively to a wide range of customers
• Ensure stock control and delivery service runs efficiently
