Confidential is seeking a data-driven Senior Paid Media Executive for a growing, award-winning digital agency in the United Kingdom. The role is hybrid with a 4-day working week, offering opportunities to optimise campaigns, uncover insights, and deliver outstanding results.

You will manage multi-client campaigns, analyse performance, and collaborate with SEO and content teams while mentoring junior staff and staying ahead of industry trends.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of paid media experience in agency or in-house environment.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, GA4 and Looker Studio.
• Confident communicator with excellent client-facing skills.
• Analytical mindset with a passion for testing, optimisation and performance.
• Organised, proactive and results-focused.
• A genuine enthusiasm for digital marketing and continuous learning.

Are you a data-driven Paid Media specialist who loves optimising campaigns, uncovering insights and delivering outstanding results?
