Job summary

Randstad CPE is seeking a Lead Package Manager to oversee infrastructure/construction projects in West London. This contract role demands proactive leadership, extensive coordination across teams, and rigorous adherence to safety and quality standards.

The position offers a 42.5-hour week with weekends/night work as milestones require. Immediate start and duration until 31/01/2027, with umbrella pay of £87.50 per hour (IR35 inside).

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Package Manager in infrastructure or large-scale construction.
• Ability to lead under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Certification in PMP or PRINCE2 is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive oversight of infrastructure and construction projects with safety and quality standards.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines and budgets to meet objectives.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, contractors and stakeholders for seamless execution.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and resolve bottlenecks effectively.
• Manage resource allocation and scheduling for day, night and weekend operations.
