Job summary

Randstad Cpe London is seeking a Package Manager/Agent to join a major JV delivering buildings as part of HS2 in Northolt, West London. • 6+ years' construction experience.
• HNC/HND/Degree in Building, Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• CSCS.

• Strong Health & Safety and Environmental awareness.
• Good IT skills, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, document control systems and AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Delivery of headhouse packages, coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, designers and the project team.
• Manage site teams, subcontractors and third parties to meet programme and budget.
• Ensure works are delivered safely, in accordance with contract and design requirements.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Package Manager / Agent to join a leading joint venture, delivering buildings as part of HS2.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working as an Agent / Package Manager for a tier one contractor, delivering building structures, as well as fit out works.

Location: Northolt, West London

Rate: £575-£650/day DPE - Umbrella, Inside IR35

Contract: 2 years, expected to run until February 2028

This is a delivery-focused role, responsible for the preparation, management and delivery of headhouse packages, working closely with subcontractors, suppliers, designers and the wider project team.

Key Experience Required

• Package Manager / Agent-level experience
• Minimum 4 years' experience at Agent level
• Structural steel, civils, architectural fit-out, headhouse construction, urban realm
• Strong subcontractor and site team management experience
• Proven Tier 1 contractor experience
• Experience delivering complex construction packages from pre-construction through to completion
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, methodology and best practice
• Experience managing programme, budget, resources and subcontractor performance
• Strong understanding of construction contracts and commercial interfaces
• Experience working with design, engineering, QA and commercial teams
