Job summary

Randstad CPE is seeking a Lead Package Manager to lead infrastructure/construction projects in West London on a contract basis. ASAP start until 31/01/2027, 42.5 hours per week, with potential weekends and nights to meet milestones; £87.50 per hour umbrella inside IR35.

You will oversee project delivery, develop plans and budgets, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage risks, ensure safety and quality, and drive regulatory compliance throughout the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Package Manager in infrastructure or large-scale construction.
• Strong leadership to manage high-pressure environments and tight deadlines.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
• Proficiency with project management software and construction methodologies.
• Certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 are highly desirable.
