Job summary

Advance TRS is seeking an experienced Agent / Package Manager to lead the delivery of critical construction packages on a major infrastructure project in London. The role requires owning packages from planning through completion, coordinating engineering, design, commercial and subcontractor teams to ensure on-time, safe delivery.

You will manage subcontractors, drive programme and quality, and provide input on buildability and constructability.

Qualifications

• 6+ years' experience in construction.
• Minimum 4 years at Agent level or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of construction techniques and contracts.
• CSCS Card and SMSTS/SSSTS qualifications.
• Experience with Tier 1 contractors.

Responsibilities

• Leads day-to-day delivery of allocated construction packages.
• Manages subcontractors and site delivery teams.
• Drives programme, quality, safety and productivity.
• Coordinates construction activities, interfaces and sequencing.
• Reviews construction methodologies and RAMS.
• Provides buildability input into design development.
• Supports constructability reviews and ECI.
• Identifies and resolves delivery constraints and issues.
• Maintains relationships with clients, consultants and stakeholders.
• Ensures works comply with drawings, specs and contracts.
