Job summary

Randstad Cpe London is seeking a Package Manager/Agent to join a major JV delivering buildings as part of HS2 in Northolt, West London. This delivery-focused role requires coordinating headhouse packages with subcontractors, suppliers and designers, reporting to the project team to ensure milestones are met.

Qualifications

• 6+ years' construction experience.
• HNC/HND/Degree in Building, Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• CSCS.
• SMSTS/SSSTS.
• Strong Health & Safety and Environmental awareness.
• Good IT skills, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, document control systems and AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Delivery of headhouse packages, coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, designers and the project team.
• Manage site teams, subcontractors and third parties to meet programme and budget.
• Ensure works are delivered safely, in accordance with contract and design requirements.
