Senior PA – Allianz Commercial – London

We are seeking a Senior Personal Assistant to support the Head of Corporate Development and the CEO Office. The role is based in London and is part of a dynamic, collaborative team that enables strategic decision‑making at the highest level.

The Impact You Will Have

You will play a pivotal role in enhancing operational efficiency and effectiveness. By managing diary commitments, travel arrangements, and communications, you will contribute to the seamless execution of strategic initiatives and projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage diary commitments, papers, and travel arrangements (flights, hotels, visas, personal bookings).
  • Produce a daily folder with diary, necessary papers, and troubleshoot any problems.
  • Filter emails, highlight urgent correspondence, and print attachments.
  • Maintain the executive’s diary and email account.
  • Co‑ordinate travel and accommodation requirements, ensuring arrangements are in place.
  • Filter general information, queries, phone calls, and invitations, directing or taking forward appropriate contact.
  • Arrange meetings, prepare agendas, and draft minutes in liaison with relevant individuals and external organisations.
  • Undertake any other duties as requested by the executive.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Demonstrable experience in an administration/assistant role in a high‑pressure environment requiring tact, judgment, and discretion (Minimum 3 to 5 years).
  • Proficiency in IT skills (Office applications – PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
  • Experience in diary management, research, and booking travel and accommodation (Minimum 3 to 5 years).
  • Strong communication skills – clear and effective expression via speech and writing.
  • Effective presentation skills – visual expression using various tools.
  • Analytical skills – absorb information from various sources, analyse data, and draw conclusions.
  • Prioritisation skills – filter information, assess priorities, and work independently.
  • A basic understanding of artificial intelligence (AI) and its potential business applications is essential.
Required Education / Certifications
  • Professional training or degree in Business Administration / Office Administration.
  • Bachelor’s degree (education level).
  • Private Secretary Certificate (certification level).
