Job summary

Radius Housing seeks a Floating Support Coordinator to promote and deliver outreach housing support services in Belfast. The post is based at St Paul’s Fold and is a fixed-term role for up to nine months, 36 hours per week.

Candidates need at least 5 GCSEs including English and Maths (grade C), plus either 1 year’s experience with older people or 3 years in sheltered housing. A current driving licence and access to transport are essential.

Qualifications

• Good general education with GCSEs including English and Maths (minimum C).
• Experience with older people or in sheltered housing.
• Good communication skills with tenants and agencies.
• Full driving licence and access to transport.
