Job summary

Omnicom Media is seeking a Senior Exec within Outcomes to drive pre-sales feasibility, RFP responses and post-sales campaign operations across regional markets. You will collaborate with vendors, internal teams and clients to model value and manage campaigns against KPIs and SLAs.

The role delivers cross-market exposure, data-driven insights and opportunities to lead process improvements, while requiring strong project management and collaboration. Three days in office weekly are expected.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of relevant experience in advertising, marketing, strategy or partnerships.
• Programmatic and cross-channel digital media experience, or Ad Operations.
• Campaign management experience in digital advertising.
• Media agency or Ad Tech experience, with DSPs and/or ad servers.
• Experience supporting or responding to RFP/RFI is a bonus.
• Advanced written and presentation skills.
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
• Understanding of digital media in markets outside the UK; overseas experience is a bonus.
• Strong project management and organisational skills with deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Pre-sales and strategy support: respond to RFP/RFI, model Outcomes value with partners and DSPs, prepare briefing documents and margins.
• Campaign operations: manage campaign implementation, track performance against KPIs and SLAs, deliver weekly client reporting and reconcile spend/margin.
• Insight and growth: analyze mid/post-campaign data, identify upsell opportunities and improve processes.
