Job summary
Thames Water, the UK’s largest water company, seeks a senior OT Technical Manager to lead performance, security and resilience of our OT estate and digital services. You will guide IT/OT network operations, security, cyber compliance, and identity services across critical assets at Thames Water’s sites.
Based in Reading with a hybrid pattern, you will translate roadmaps into actionable plans, manage key suppliers, and drive continual improvement while ensuring regulatory and architectural
Qualifications
- Higher education qualification in engineering or equivalent experience.
- Experience leading OT/IT networking, security and compute across an operational estate.
- Proven ability to manage internal teams and external partners in a matrix organisation.
Responsibilities
- Act as senior operational technical authority for Thames Water’s OT estate and digital services.
- Lead IT/OT network operations, security, cyber compliance and identity services.
- Ensure OT systems are secure, available, resilient and well-supported across sites.
- Drive roadmaps, change, risk, and governance to deliver roadmaps effectively.
- Own operational resilience, disaster recovery and regulatory compliance for the services.
