Job summary

Thames Water Utilities Limited is seeking an OT Technical Manager to lead performance, security, resilience and support of the Operational Technology estate and digital services.

You will guide senior technical authority across OT infrastructure, IT/OT connectivity, security, compute platforms, AD and identity services, overseeing teams and strategic partners to keep critical water operations secure and available.

Qualifications

• Strong technical knowledge of OT systems and architecture across critical environments.
• Experience leading internal teams and third-party delivery partners.
• Knowledge of OT cybersecurity principles, risk management, and resilience.

Responsibilities

• Act as senior operational technical authority for Thames Water's OT estate.
• Lead teams for IT/OT connectivity, security, compute, directory and identity services.
• Translate roadmaps into prioritised operational plans and manage delivery.
• Ensure regulatory, risk and business priorities are balanced in delivery.
