Job summary

Thames Water, the UK's largest water operator, seeks an OT Technical Manager to lead performance, security, resilience and services across OT and digital networks. You will oversee OT infrastructure, IT/OT connectivity, identity services, and cyber compliance, directing internal teams and strategic partners to keep critical systems available and secure.

This senior role blends technical oversight with operational delivery, risk management, supplier governance and continuous service improvement

Qualifications

• Experience leading OT services across infrastructure, networks, security, compute, identity.
• Strong understanding of OT in critical infrastructure.
• Demonstrable leadership of internal teams and third-party delivery.

Responsibilities

• Act as senior operational technical authority for OT tech estate.
• Lead IT/OT network security, cyber compliance and identity services.
• Translate roadmaps into deliverable operational plans.
• Manage supplier relationships and contracts.
• Drive service improvement and resilience across OT estate.
