Anson McCade Pty is seeking a senior OT security consultant to lead complex client engagements, shaping security strategy for OT/ICS environments in London and beyond. The role blends technical leadership with senior client advisory, team development and business growth.

You will work with organisations underpinning critical industrial systems, helping them strengthen cyber resilience while protecting safety, availability and operational continuity.

Qualifications

• Senior-level OT security experience with a track record leading client engagements.
• Experience applying industrial cybersecurity frameworks (IEC 62443, NCSC CAF, NIS).
• Experience across critical infrastructure sectors such as energy, utilities, manufacturing or transport.

Responsabilités

• Lead OT/ICS security engagements, from assessments and strategy through to architecture and implementation guidance.
• Advise senior stakeholders on industrial cyber risk, investment priorities and practical security improvements.
• Translate findings into clear roadmaps that engineering, operations and security teams can deliver.
• Coach consultants and maintain the quality of client delivery.
• Develop propositions, contribute to proposals and grow client relationships.
