Job summary

lacuna-talent is seeking a Principal OT Consultant to lead cyber security services across ICS/SCADA environments. You will manage client relationships, oversee delivery teams, and contribute to the growth of global OT capabilities alongside the OT Director.

Hybrid role based in London or Manchester with on-site at client locations as required. Strong leadership, security framework expertise, and a track record delivering OT projects are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading OT security projects in critical infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of OT/ICS security frameworks.
• Experience delivering to international teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Security clearances eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Deliver OT cyber security services including architecture, assurance, and engineering.
• Assess design and implement security controls for industrial environments.
• Conduct risk assessments and gap analyses using NIST and IEC 62443.
• Translate findings into business-focused reporting and remediation plans.
• Guide delivery teams and oversee project execution.
• Stay current on OT threats, vulnerabilities, mitigations.
• Support international teams and attend client sites when required.
