Job summary

Anson McCade is seeking an experienced OT Cyber Security Architect to join its growing Cyber Security practice in the UK. The role focuses on delivering secure, practical architectures across complex operational environments in sectors such as energy, utilities, and manufacturing.

Candidates should have consultancy experience and a background in cyber security, technology or management consulting, with a proven track record working directly with clients.

Qualifications

• OT cyber security architecture experience within a consultancy environment.
• Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience working with senior security, engineering and operational teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Deep understanding of ICS, SCADA and OT networks.
• Experience with IEC 62443, NIST CSF, NCSC CAF, ISO 27001 and/or NIS/NIS2.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver OT/ICS cyber security architectures across critical environments.
• Translate cyber risk into target-state architectures, controls and roadmaps.
• Design secure IT/OT integration including segmentation and monitoring.
• Lead OT security initiatives on secure remote access, vulnerability management and monitoring.
• Advise senior stakeholders on OT risk, resilience and regulatory requirements.
• Support technology selection and implementation of practical security solutions.
