Job summary

Anson McCade Pty is seeking a Senior Manager for its Operational Technology Security practice in the UK. You will become a trusted advisor to clients, own end-to-end delivery of large OT security programmes in regulated environments, look after your team and help grow the practice's footprint in the market.

Locations include London, Birmingham, Manchester, Edinburgh. Candidates should be able to commute to London about once a week and undertake client site visits.

Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience in OT/ICS cybersecurity or critical infrastructure security.
• Hands-on OT security experience, for example in Manufacturing, with time spent on plants and sites.
• Ability to speak the language of engineers and build credibility with operational and engineering teams.
• A consulting mindset: commercial awareness, structured delivery and a client-first approach.
• SC eligibility, with 5 years of UK address history.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of large OT security programmes in regulated environments, managing timelines, budgets and security standards.
• Become a trusted advisor to client stakeholders, including senior leaders, building long-term, trust-based relationships.
• Look after your team, mentoring members through line and matrix management with guidance, knowledge sharing and skills development.
• Help grow the practice and its footprint in the market by finding opportunities in existing accounts and building new client relationships.
• Contribute to thought leadership in OT security through publications, presentations and client engagements.
