Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced OT Cyber Security Senior Manager to lead complex security programmes for Critical National Infrastructure and industrial clients in the UK. You will own engagements, shape security strategy, and grow technical capability within the OT security practice.

You will work with cross-functional teams, mentor staff, and drive business development while engaging with clients and stakeholders at senior levels. Hybrid working with site visits is expected.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of OT/ICS cybersecurity or critical infrastructure security experience.
• Proven track record leading complex security programmes in regulated industrial environments.
• Strong understanding of ICS/OT security challenges and relevant standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end OT security projects in regulated environments, managing timelines and budgets.
• Act as primary client contact, building trust-based relationships for seamless delivery.
• Perform strategy assessments, readiness evaluations, and workshops against industry mandates.
• Identify risks and craft proportionate mitigation strategies at multiple levels.
