Cumberland Council is seeking a dynamic leader to shape a therapy‑led reablement service. You will support Reablement Managers to design, implement and embed improvements that deliver meaningful outcomes for individuals and promote independence.

This temporary, 12‑month role requires confident communication, influence across teams and partnership with stakeholders to champion best practice. Location options Carlisle or Workington; 37 hours per week; salary £44,253 to £45,529.

• We are looking for leadership experience in reablement or therapy-led services.
• Experience in driving service improvements and measuring impact.
