Job summary

The Cumbria County Council is seeking a leader to shape and strengthen a therapy-led reablement service in Workington. You will support Reablement Managers to design, implement and embed improvements that deliver real outcomes for individuals.

You will take a leadership role in a dynamic change environment, driving service development and evidencing the impact of change while promoting practical improvements that enhance people’s lives.
