Job summary

IBM Consulting UK FutureNow is seeking a Senior Consultant to drive Oracle HCM Cloud implementations across public and private sector clients. You will contribute to all phases of the consulting lifecycle, performing requirements analysis, solution design, configuration, and deployment.

You will work hands-on with Oracle HCM Cloud modules, interface design, testing, and cross-functional delivery, while supporting pre-sales activities and customer demonstrations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of functional experience delivering Oracle HCM Cloud applications.
• Evidence of full Oracle Cloud implementation cycles.
• Experience in solution design, requirements analysis, functional design configuration documentation, troubleshooting and integration architecture.
• Experience coordinating with interface design, development and testing teams.
• Ability to travel to client sites and manage client expectations.
• Strong client-facing communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to all phases of the consulting lifecycle as a Senior Consultant.
• Lead requirements analysis and solution design activities for Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.
• Configure and deploy Oracle Cloud HCM solutions across client projects.
• Support proposal development and customer demonstrations.
• Collaborate with technical teams on interfaces and integrations and ensure quality deliverables.
