Job summary

IBM Consulting UK FutureNow is seeking a Senior Consultant to drive Oracle HCM Cloud implementations across public and private sector clients. You will contribute to all phases of the consulting lifecycle, performing requirements analysis, solution design, configuration, and deployment.

You will work hands-on with Oracle HCM Cloud modules, interface design, testing, and cross-functional delivery, while supporting pre-sales activities and customer demonstrations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of functional experience delivering Oracle HCM Cloud applications.
• Evidence of full Oracle Cloud implementation cycles.
• Experience in solution design, requirements analysis, functional design configuration documentation, troubleshooting and integration architecture.
• Experience coordinating with interface design, development and testing teams.
• Ability to travel to client sites and manage client expectations.
• Strong client-facing communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to all phases of the consulting lifecycle as a Senior Consultant.

Your Role And Responsibilities

As a Senior Consultant working as an integral part of a project team, you will contribute to all phases of the consulting lifecycle. You will play a customer-facing role and be involved in Requirement Analysis, Business Process Documentation & Solution Design. You will work with and support your peers to develop, configure and deploy the solution, and ensure project processes and deliverables in your area are met. In addition to project related activities, you will also contribute to proposal development, demonstrating the application to potential customers and play an important role in building our Oracle Cloud capabilities and offerings.
As an experienced consultant you will be a self-starter and have strong functional skills in the implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud, backed up by proven hands-on experience, ideally across different industries. You will have the ability to work under pressure and must be able to communicate effectively with customer stakeholders.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

• At least 5 Years of functional experience delivering Oracle HCM Cloud Applications.
• Evidence of full Oracle Cloud Implementations cycles
• Demonstrated experience in Solution Design, Requirements Analysis, Functional Design Configuration Documentation, Troubleshooting and Integration Architecture
• Experience working with technical teams for Interface design, development and testing
• Ability to multi-task and to work independently
• Strong client facing, communication and client management skills
• A good understanding of Application Implementation methodologies
• Ability to travel to client sites
• Demonstrable functional skills:

• Oracle Cloud Implementation Certification(s).
• Experience in Oracle Cloud Implementations and integrating them with other on premise or cloud applications.
• An understanding of the broader Oracle Cloud functional areas e.g. Finance, HCM and Payroll, SCM, CX, Logistics.
• Good knowledge of the reporting and analytical tools available as part of Oracle Cloud.
• Some experience in pre-sales activities such as contributing to proposals, conducting Proof of Concepts & Configuring Sand-box environments for functional demonstrations.
