Job summary

IBM Consulting UK FutureNow is seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud consultant to lead and deliver cloud implementations across public and private sector clients. You will participate in all lifecycle phases, from requirements through deployment, while collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

You will apply strong functional expertise, communicate effectively with clients, and contribute to Oracle Cloud capability development.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of functional experience delivering Oracle HCM Cloud Applications.
• Evidence of full Oracle Cloud implementation cycles.
• Demonstrated experience in Solution Design, Requirements Analysis, Functional Design, Configuration Documentation and Troubleshooting.
• Experience working with technical teams for Interface design, development and testing.
• Ability to multitask and to work independently.
• Strong client-facing, communication and client management skills.
• A good understanding of Application Implementation methodologies.
• Ability to travel to client sites.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to all phases of the consulting lifecycle as part of a project team.
• Play a customer-facing role in Requirement Analysis, Business Process Documentation and Solution Design.
• Develop, configure and deploy Oracle Cloud solutions and ensure project deliverables.
• Support proposal development and demonstrate applicability to potential customers.
