Job summary

IBM Consulting UK FutureNow is seeking a Senior Consultant with deep Oracle HCM Cloud expertise to lead functional delivery across client projects. You will drive requirement analysis, process design and solution configuration, collaborating with technical teams for integrations and testing.

A strong client-facing capability and travel readiness are essential for success. You will participate in proposal development and pre-sales activities, showcasing Oracle Cloud capabilities while delivering

Qualifications

At least 5 years of functional experience delivering Oracle HCM Cloud Applications.
Evidence of full Oracle Cloud Implementations cycles.
Demonstrated experience in Solution Design, Requirements Analysis, Functional Design Configuration Documentation, Troubleshooting and Integration Architecture.
Experience working with technical teams for Interface design, development and testing.
Ability to travel to client sites and manage client expectations.

Responsibilities

Contribute to all phases of the consulting lifecycle and deliver customer-facing work.
Lead requirement analysis, business process documentation and solution design for Oracle HCM Cloud projects.
Configure, deploy and support Oracle Cloud solutions across client environments.
Contribute to proposals and pre-sales activities, including demos and concept proofs.
Develop and demonstrate Oracle Cloud capabilities to clients and stakeholders.
