Job summary

IBM Consulting UK is seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant to join our Delivery Centers. You will contribute across the consulting lifecycle, working with clients to analyse requirements, design business processes, and configure Oracle HCM Cloud solutions.

You will collaborate with technical teams on interfaces and testing, traveling to client sites as needed. The role requires 5+ years in Oracle HCM Cloud implementations, strong functional and communication skills, and a proven

Qualifications

• At least 5 Years of functional experience delivering Oracle HCM Cloud Applications.
• Evidence of full Oracle Cloud implementation cycles.
• Demonstrated experience in Solution Design, Requirements Analysis, Functional Design, Configuration Documentation and Troubleshooting.
• Experience working with technical teams for Interface design, development and testing.
• Ability to multitask and to work independently.
• Strong client-facing, communication and client management skills.
• A good understanding of Application Implementation methodologies.
• Ability to travel to client sites.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to all phases of the consulting lifecycle.
• Be customer-facing and involved in Requirements Analysis, Business Process Documentation & Solution Design.
• Develop, configure and deploy the Oracle HCM Cloud solution and ensure deliverables meet project needs.
• Support proposals and build Oracle Cloud capabilities offerings.
