Capgemini seeks an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Senior Application Consultant to lead the design, implementation and delivery of Oracle Cloud HCM solutions for UK clients, covering Core HR, Payroll and Talent modules.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and technical teams to translate business requirements into end-to-end solutions, mentor juniors, support pre-sales, and drive successful outcomes across multi-supplier projects in a hybrid UK environment.

Qualifications

• Strong Oracle HCM Cloud functional consulting background with deep knowledge of HCM processes and best practices.
• Experience configuring and implementing Oracle HCM Cloud modules including Core HR, Talent Management, ORC, Learning, Absence Management, Payroll, and Workforce Compensation.
• Proven track record delivering multiple full end-to-end Oracle Cloud HCM implementations.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end design and implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions across HR modules.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions to define solution requirements.
• Review integration designs and ensure alignment with business processes and best practices.
• Mentor junior team members and support pre-sales activities.
