Capgemini in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Senior Application Consultant to lead the design, implementation, and delivery of Oracle Cloud HCM solutions across a diverse client portfolio. You will work with business stakeholders, project teams, solution architects, and technical specialists to shape solution design and ensure successful outcomes.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, business or related discipline.
- Experience delivering at least three full end-to-end Oracle Cloud HCM implementations.
- Oracle HCM Cloud certifications preferred.
Responsabilités
- Lead functional design and delivery of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions.
- Facilitate workshops and gather requirements with business stakeholders.
- Review integration designs and ensure alignment with business processes.
- Support pre-sales activities and contribute to solution strategies.
- Mentor junior team members and collaborate with multi-supplier teams.
- Stay updated on Oracle HCM Cloud roadmap and best practices.
