Job summary

Futures is partnering with a regional police force to deliver a major Oracle Fusion ERP implementation. We are seeking an experienced Payroll & Pensions Lead to act as a subject matter expert, ensuring payroll and pension processes comply with statutory requirements.

You will lead payroll and pensions throughout the ERP rollout, ensure HMRC compliance, support testing and reconciliation, and guide stakeholders to achieve milestones with strong leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience leading payroll and pension processes in ERP projects.
• Knowledge of HMRC and pension regulations and statutory requirements.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion or similar ERP implementations.

Responsibilities

• Lead Payroll and Pensions activity throughout the Oracle Fusion implementation.
• Ensure compliance with HMRC, pension regulations and statutory requirements.
• Support payroll testing, reconciliation and process improvement.
• Provide SME guidance across payroll and pension processes.
• Lead key activities, resolve issues and ensure programme milestones are achieved.
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders.
