Job summary

The Harris Federation invites applications for a Senior Oracle Technical Support and Configuration Analyst to maintain, optimize and secure our Oracle Cloud environment across ERP, HCM, PBCS and FDI modules. You will translate business needs into effective configurations, provide 2nd and 3rd line support and drive improvements across enterprise systems.

We expect at least three years of hands-on Oracle Cloud experience, strong module configuration skills and experience with testing cycles,

Qualifications

• Three years' hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud applications (ERP, HCM, or similar).
• Experience configuring Oracle modules: workflows, RBAC, value sets, flexfields, approvals.
• Experience coordinating testing cycles (UAT, regression, patch validation) and coordinating with vendors.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Oracle Cloud modules (ERP, HCM, PBCS, FDI).
• Translate business requirements into system configurations aligned with processes.
• Maintain configuration docs, change logs and version controls.
• Provide 2nd/3rd line support for complex Oracle issues.
• Coordinate quarterly patches and system releases; test and rollback plans.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting or Business Administration
