Job summary

Aston Martin Aramco Formula One Team in Silverstone is seeking an experienced Senior Operations Manager - HQ Guest Experience to lead the operational delivery and continuous improvement of our HQ environment and guest journeys.

You will work across Brand, Procurement, Technology and Operations, collaborating with external partners to ensure our facilities and guest spaces reflect high standards and introduce AI and digital solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations or premium guest environments.
• Experience managing technology, digital systems and external suppliers.
• Understanding of AV and digital systems; familiarity with E2, Cvent and Exterity is a plus.
• Strong project management and organisational skills.
• Proven ability to manage external partners and relationships.
• Excellent communication across all levels of an organisation.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the operational delivery of AV and technology across HQ guest experience spaces.
• Lead the introduction of AI and emerging technologies to enhance engagement and efficiency.
• Ensure branding, presentation and look-and-feel stay on-brand and guest-ready.
• Manage HQ guest experience assets, including furniture and equipment.
• Own and develop the software and systems that support HQ guest experiences.
• Manage day-to-day relationships with the host company for tours, events and guest experiences.
• Coordinate budgets and work with suppliers for cost-optimisation.
• Coordinate car movements and support factory activations and events.
• Improve operational processes and ways of working for consistency and quality.
• Collaborate with Procurement on supplier management and timely delivery.
• Oversee suppliers and third parties supporting HQ operations and guest experiences.
• Identify opportunities to enhance the guest journey through technology and AI.
• Ensure HQ spaces are maintained to the required standard.
• Support projects relating to factory spaces and guest experience.
• Monitor and resolve operational issues quickly to minimise impact.
