Aston Martin Aramco Formula One Team is seeking a Partnership Lead – Strategy & Development to shape and grow global partnerships from Silverstone. You will raise strategic capability, develop bespoke partner strategies and drive measurable commercial outcomes across the Partnerships function.

You will lead cross-functional teams, work with senior leadership and ensure partner objectives are translated into insight-led activities that deliver value and growth for the brand and its partners.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in partnerships, sponsorship and commercial strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic approach across Partnerships, establishing principles and planning processes.
• Develop and challenge partner strategies aligned to partner objectives and audiences.
• Drive strategic reviews using data, market intelligence and partner feedback to optimise ROI.
• Integrate partner activity into wider brand and marketing strategies for mutual value.
• Champion an outcome-led approach delivering measurable value beyond briefs.
• Coach team members to raise strategic capability across the function.
• Provide senior strategic leadership and act as trusted advisor to leadership.
