The successful candidate will manage transactions, engage with counterparties and custodians, and contribute to margin calls and risk assessments in a high-pressure trading environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in stock loan, repo, or financial markets.
• Strong knowledge of counterparty margining, risk management, and Delta 1 products.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure trading environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute and manage stock loan & repo transactions, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
• Act as a key contact for counterparties, custodians, and internal teams.
• Perform daily margin calls and assess counterparty credit risk.
• Support the Delta 1 desk by optimizing trading strategies and inventory management.
• Analyse market trends, liquidity, and pricing to enhance portfolio performance.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and stay up to date with industry changes.
